Mark Batina has worked in the IT industry for 18 years. Mark's start in the IT world was in a technical/application development role. This quickly moved to technical consulting and then information systems consulting. Mark has now been the Managing Director of Precise Business Solutions for 13 years and has implemented systems in the UK, Africa, USA, Canada and of course Australia.
As Managing Director, Mark is the chief custodian of the culture of the organisation and it's evolution. Responsible for providing executive leadership to business improvement, business development and the continued review of the company's strategy. Mark works closely with the Executive Management Team to ensure Precise is performing in line with financial and strategic goals and delivering value to customers.
Under Mark's leadership Precise has grown from a company of 6 to over 30 employees, and more than quadrupled it's revenue. Precise's product strategy, knowledge and expertise, extends beyond WA and into not only the rest of the country, but around the globe.
