I am very pleased to introduce you to the newest member of our team, Derek Shellabear. With over twenty years’ experience providing professional services to a wide range of organisations, Derek is well suited to his role at Precise as Executive Manager – Professional Services.
Derek has managed multiple disciplinary teams consisting of business analysts, IT professionals and service personnel. His key areas of responsibility will be to give executive focus for the Precise Business Solutions consulting team, striving to provide the best possible client experience and results.
Derek will lead our efforts in examining the service delivery processes with a focus on commercial engagement, operational planning and team building. He has management experience in facilities management, application development and large-scale software implementation projects including resource planning, scheduling, contract management, budgeting and risk management. Derek is a certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practitioner and has significant experience with a number of project methodologies.
