Ongoing Support through Precise is available to all customers on an 'as needed' basis. This may involve simple issue resolution, training new staff, upgrades, report writing, implementation of additional modules or adding new companies to the application. We also have experienced Solution Architects on staff to assist with business analysis and custom solutions. Added to this is Epicor's world-class Support Team, available to you as part of your software maintenance agreement. Epicor support is available through a telephone helpdesk as well as online in Epicor's customer portal - EPICWEB. EPICWeb provides 24x7 access to information, resources and services including customer account information. Meanwhile, Precise will assist you to become independent and you help take ownership of your new system.
