NetSuite Consultant Perth Details
Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified NetSuite ERP Consultant to join our Perth based team.

Precise is one of WA’s most established and highly regarded software companies, providing business management solutions to be agile, scalable and highly flexible. We proudly represent two leading international ERP software applications for the West Australian region, offering solutions in both on-premise and cloud-based environments. Our products are sold internationally and we have a presence in the eastern states, Europe and US.

The primary objective for the NetSuite Consultant is to deliver chargeable consulting services to new and existing customers. You will use your NetSuite experience to help the customer design a solution that meets their business needs.

PLEASE NOTE – Do not apply if you don’t have NetSuite experience.

The key functions of the role will be to;

  • Deliver implementation activities and outcomes as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) for new deployments and upgrades for Customers, including, but not limited to requirement analysis, system design, deployment, data migration, testing and training.
  • Deliver consulting activities and outcomes as stated in the approved Work Orders (WO), including, but not limited to requirement analysis, system design, deployment, data migration, testing and training.
  • Gather special requirements from Customers that may require development and document these requirements in a Requirements and Approach (R&A) document.
  • Schedule chargeable work in advance to ensure in chargeable utilisation reaching targets.
  • Provide professional advice to Customers, Partners and internal resources.

What we hope you can offer us;

We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer for our ERP Solutions Department to add value throughout the sales process in the areas of; requirements analysis, solution architecture, in-depth product demonstrations and transition to professional services.  The Sales Engineer will form an integral part of the Sales Force providing in-depth knowledge of the Epicor ERP Solution to close sales opportunities.

As the successful candidate you will be able to quickly provide a quality service, delivering high levels of product and technical sales knowledge to prospective and current clients.  Your duties will also include (but not be limited to):

  • Clearly articulating the benefits of Epicor ERP and related products to prospective customers, including “C” level engagement.
  • Perform in depth, high impact product demonstrations.
  • Working with Sales to provide professional responses to RFI’s, RFP’s.
  • Working with Sales and Professional Services to determine innovative approaches for solving the customer’s requirements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Epicor and related products by suggesting and developing product enhancements.
  • Develop and perform high-impact demonstrations of Epicor ERP software
  • Work closely with prospective clients, ascertaining needs and requirements to develop sales processes.

You will need:

  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar sales engineering role supporting CRM, and or ERP.
  • Strong background in SCM and Retail will be viewed positively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Build successful client relationships
